Banyan Group Showcases New Developments in Phuket at Singapore Exhibition

May 15, 2026 – Three new property developments from Laguna Phuket will be presented at the Fairmont Singapore on May 23 and 24, offering potential buyers a unique chance to invest in some of the island’s most desirable new addresses. The exhibition will take place in the Orchard Room (4F) from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm each day, featuring dedicated sales teams available for private consultations.

The showcased projects include lakeside living, golf-front designs, and luxury residences under the Angsana brand. This comes after a record year of residential sales for Banyan Group Residences, as more global investors consider Phuket a secure investment option, driven by the island’s political stability, attractive rental yields, and year-round lifestyle offerings. Notably, demand has surged from buyers in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, with Singapore emerging as one of the Group’s top markets globally.

“Singapore has long been one of our most important buyer markets, and we’re delighted to be returning with what we believe is our strongest line-up yet,” commented Stuart Reading, Managing Director of Banyan Group Residences. “Whether you’re looking for a holiday retreat, a permanent base in a world-class resort community, or a smart long-term investment, this exhibition offers something genuinely compelling. High-quality property in a prime location at Laguna Phuket still represents outstanding value compared to equivalent homes in Singapore or other major cities.”

The exhibition will introduce the brand new Bellaguna Lake Residences, which is situated beside a picturesque lake in Laguna Phuket, just steps from Bang Tao Beach. The innovative design draws inspiration from the sleek aesthetics of modern luxury yachts. The development features five elongated buildings with dark, wave-like exteriors and bright interiors, including one- to three-bedroom condominiums and exclusive penthouses with private rooftop pools.

Additionally, the Bellaguna Golf Residences will highlight how the property’s design pays homage to Phuket’s historic tin-mining landscape, showcasing low-rise structures set amid lush gardens and a free-form pool, with a recent addition of a compact one-bedroom unit, alongside other configurations.

Lastly, Angsana Golf Residences Topaz, characterized by three elegantly curved low-rise buildings, features Sino-Portuguese design elements reminiscent of Phuket’s cultural heritage. This development offers two- and three-bedroom residences and penthouses with private rooftop pools, providing sweeping views of the golf course, mountains, and the Andaman Sea.

Show units for all three projects are now available at the Laguna Property Sales Gallery.

In addition, Banyan Group has launched Banyan Living, a residential rental and marketing platform designed to assist owners of branded residences within the Group’s portfolio, offering a professionally managed alternative to home-sharing options. This structured, hospitality-driven rental ecosystem allows private owners to earn income while ensuring guests receive the design quality and service standards associated with Banyan Group.

Phuket remains an appealing destination for international buyers, with a diverse community of nationals from around 70 countries residing in Laguna Phuket, attracted by its tropical lifestyle, top-tier amenities, and unmatched security. Banyan Group Residences anticipates rolling out up to USD 1 billion in luxury residential projects in Phuket over the next few years, reflecting the Group’s confidence in the market and sustained demand from global buyers.

Prospective buyers are encouraged to attend the exhibition at Fairmont Singapore on May 23 and 24, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Private appointments can be scheduled in advance by contacting the sales team directly.
