A 28-year-old Saudi man was detained at Phuket International Airport for allegedly attempting to smuggle 63 capsules of ketamine hidden in his underwear. Authorities discovered the drugs during a security scan, leading to charges of unlawful possession and export of a Category 2 narcotic.
