Bringing bursts of red turtle motifs and vibrant community spirit to the streets, despite a backdrop of heavy rains.
At key locations like the Suriyadet Roundabout and the Chartered Bank intersection, glowing red turtle decorations create eye-catching displays that beautifully brighten the rainy day and welcome both residents and visitors.
The festival runs from September 4 to 21
