Authorities in Phuket have arrested two Russian nationals after seizing more than 5.4 million baht linked to mule accounts involved in call centre scams. The arrests followed an investigation prompted by suspicious ATM withdrawals, with police expanding efforts to trace additional suspects and accounts.
