A 57-year-old Filipino man, Oscar Deladia, was killed in Phuket after a lorry collided with his motorcycle while he was stopped at a zebra crossing on Thep Krasattri Road. The lorry driver fled the scene, and police are investigating the incident using CCTV footage.
