On Wednesday morning, rescue personnel in Phuket’s Thalang district successfully freed a nine-month-old baby who had been accidentally locked inside a car. The incident was reported to emergency responders from the Kusoldharm Phuket Foundation’s Muang Mai branch at approximately 09:52, taking place at a residence in Ban Bang Rong, located in the Pa Khlok subdistrict. Upon arrival, officials discovered the infant securely trapped in a red passenger vehicle. They quickly unlocked the car and were able to safely extract the child without any reported injuries. This outcome brought relief to the baby’s mother and the nearby community. Authorities are advising parents and caregivers to verify the interior of their vehicles before securing them, particularly during warmer weather, as leaving children unattended inside cars can lead to hazardous situations.
