The Civil Aviation Ministry is exploring the implementation of random drug tests for all commercial pilots throughout the year. Minister K Rammohan Naidu stated that the Directorate General of Civil Aviation is consulting stakeholders to enhance existing drug-testing regulations, particularly in light of recent incidents involving pilots.
