A 22-year-old Ugandan tourist drowned in a private villa pool in Kamala, Phuket, following a night out. The victim, Claire Nabimanya, was found at the bottom of the pool after reportedly struggling while swimming with an Indian tourist. Authorities are investigating the incident and coordinating with the Ugandan Embassy.
